Francisco Lacerda Machado serves as the Economic Attaché/Advisor at the Embassy of Portugal. He has been the Economic Advisor of the Embassy of Portugal to the United States for the last 5 years. Before this, he worked for 5 years as an Advisor to the Secretary of State who was in charge of the Economic Diplomacy portfolio in the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
