Jeffery Wright is the President and CEO of the Block Island Utility District, home of the nations first off-shore wind farm. Mr. Wright represents Rhode Island on the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s (“NRECA”) Board of Directors. Mr. Wright chairs the NRECA Business Technologies and Strategies Board Committee. Mr. Wright has more than 40 years experience for Distribution and Transmission IOUs and Electric Cooperatives.
