Mish Thadani is the CEO and co-founder of Rhizome, a climate resilience software company that helps utilities identify vulnerabilities from extreme weather threats and wildfires, and optimize resilience investments. Mish has an extensive background in AI, clean energy development, and regulatory advocacy in the utility sector, leading teams at organizations such as Urbint, Direct Energy, and BP. Mish holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rice University.
